1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Iron Cybersecurity Solutions LLC (dba IronTrust Cyber), located at 613 Merlins Lane, Herndon VA 20170, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). These Terms apply to all users, including individual consumers and business clients.

2. Services Provided

IronTrust Cyber provides cybersecurity training, consulting, and support services. We offer our services to both individuals and businesses.

3. Payment and Delivery

All payments are processed securely via Stripe. No account creation is required to access services. Upon purchase, a booking link will be sent directly to the email address you provide.

4. Refund Policy

Refunds may be issued within 30 days of purchase if you are unsatisfied. Refund requests require prior consultation and approval by IronTrust Cyber.

5. No Subscription Services

We currently do not offer subscription-based services. Each service engagement is purchased individually.

6. Intellectual Property and Restrictions

All content, training methods, and materials provided through IronTrust Cyber are the intellectual property of Iron Cybersecurity Solutions LLC. Users may not reproduce, redistribute, resell, reverse engineer, or otherwise misuse any content or service.

7. Limitation of Liability

IronTrust Cyber is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of our services.

8. Mandatory Arbitration

Any disputes or claims arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration. You agree to waive your right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action lawsuit.
